The Unshackled book breaks down how legal immigration works in America in simple and engaging language, filled with stories of real immigrants and their raw emotions. The accompanying online community is a place for immigrants to get ongoing support and solutions to reach the finish line in their immigration journey. The community is where the readers will meet each other, me, you, mentors, and the lawyers who can actionably help them.

As the first full-time Community & Operations Manager, you’ll be working directly with me (Soundarya) to build the community from the ground up. This means you’ll have a direct hand in shaping what the community turns out to be. We will spend time closely in brainstorming, experimenting, and executing ideas.
